Catalogue

Catalog holds what proposals are built from. Content admins keep the technical content; commercial admins keep the prices.

Equipment

The equipment list

A type per rentable unit: code, name, family, description, specifications, a photo and a datasheet (a PDF appended to every proposal that rents it). The commercial admin sets its price per day.

Editing an equipment type

Families, service items, external items

Families are the technologies (ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis, DAF, …). Service and consumable items and external items have a unit and a list price; the unit prints beside the quantity ("2 days", "4 cans").

A price change reaches open drafts as a notice; issued proposals keep their prices.

Water parameters

The water parameters

The list asked on every opportunity: key, label, unit, group (inlet or treatment goal), type (number or text), the applications it applies to, whether it is required, and its allowed range. A parameter marked inactive is no longer asked but keeps its old values.
