Organization

The organisation settings

Company name, legal name and address (printed on proposals), currency (locked once proposals exist), units, the reference pattern, proposal validity, the expiry warning and stale draft thresholds, how long notifications and the audit trail are kept, the document language, and the regions and countries with their codes in references.

Invite a user with roles and scopes, change roles, deactivate (an owner with open opportunities is handed over first), reissue an invitation link.

  • Sample data: load a fictional company to look around, only into an empty instance; remove it again.

  • Stored files: the nightly check lists documents whose file is gone; run it now.

  • Database access: whether the database enforces the region and country rules behind the application ("In force").
